Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bag of peppers, approx. 2-3 pieces
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • some oil
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • some herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice all ingredients and place in a large bowl. Drain the mushrooms and add them. Pour the oil and vinegar, along with the herbs, and salt and pepper to taste into the mushroom jar and shake vigorously. Pour everything over the salad and mix. Serve with baguette or bread rolls. It’s also delicious with grilled food.
