Grilled hake with fruity marinade

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets (hake)
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • e.g. rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients together to make a marinade and brush it onto the fish. Grill on a charcoal grill for about 6 minutes on each side.
