Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey strips
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can of corn
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 pack of mini mozzarella
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the turkey strips with the BBQ sauce and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or overnight. Fry the strips in a pan and let them cool briefly. Mix the dressing ingredients and blend. Cut the salad ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Halve the mozzarella balls again. Place everything in a bowl and toss with the dressing.
