Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 300 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 100 g ham
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 lettuce (head)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

sophisticated and original

Brown the turkey meat in hot oil on both sides. Peel and quarter the eggs, cut the roasted turkey breast into strips. Cut the Gouda and ham into smaller pieces. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Quarter the tomatoes and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything in a large bowl. Mix the yogurt with the ketchup and mustard, pour over the salad, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
