Colorful salad with turkey strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small head of lettuce
  • 300 g vegetables of your choice
  • 2 small turkey schnitzels
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp herbs, chopped (parsley, chives, basil), possibly 1 tsp dried salad herbs
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

low in calories, also possible with chicken breast fillet

You can use any vegetables that are in season for this salad (e.g. cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, corn, onions, radishes, etc.). Wash the vegetables and cut them into strips or cubes if desired. Trim and wash the lettuce, tearing the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and cut into thin strips. Heat the oil and fry the turkey strips until lightly browned, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Combine the dressing ingredients and toss with the lettuce. Serve on plates, garnish with the vegetables, and finally scatter the warm turkey strips on top.
