Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 stalk(s) leeks
- 4 carrots
- 4 Frankfurter sausages
- 4 sausages (Krakauer)
- 40 g butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 150 ml water
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the leeks, carrots, and sausages and sauté them in butter. Dust with flour and continue to fry, then add water. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, then season with salt and pepper.
