Colorful Scrambled Eggs
The perfect colorful scrambled eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Free range eggs
- 100 g Red pointed peppers
- 50 g Chestnut mushrooms fresh from the forest
- 1 Diced shallot
- 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
- Dried oregano – own stock
- Vegetable broth powder
- Dice the paprika, clean the chestnuts and dice the mushrooms, heat the oil in a pan, steam the shallots until translucent, sprinkle the paprika and mushrooms with the vegetable stock powder and dried oregano and simmer them until they are almost soft, it takes about 10 minutes
- Beat the eggs up and down (not so firm, too) and pour them over the vegetables in the pan and let them set
