Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 300 g corn, from the can
- 3 large tomatoes
- 3 large carrots
- 3 large gherkins, from the jar
- 1 large bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 large red bell pepper(s)
- e.g. mayonnaise
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
First, cook the pasta until al dente and let it cool. Cook the peas until tender. Chop the tomatoes, carrots, gherkins, and bell peppers. Mix the vegetables into the pasta, add mayonnaise if desired, and season with spices.
