Pasta salad with peppers and spring onions

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice mix)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let it cool. Wash and dice the bell peppers. Wash, trim, and thinly slice the spring onions. Combine the dressing ingredients, add them to the vegetables along with the pasta, and mix well in a large bowl.
