  • 1 package of mozzarella
  • 1 m.-large tomato(s), yellow
  • 1 m.-large tomato(s), green
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s), red
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into small cubes. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt to taste.
