Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • 150 g meat sausage
  • 3 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Briefly blanch and peel the tomato, then cut into cubes. Dice the onions and sauté in hot butter. Crush the garlic and add it. Add the zucchini, diced carrots, and tomatoes, sauté briefly, and dust with flour. Prepare the vegetable stock according to the instructions and add it to the vegetables. Bring to a boil briefly. Dice the sausage and add it, stir through, and season to taste. Serve with rice or potatoes.
