Colorful vegetable tarte flambée

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tsp ajvar
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely grated
  • 2 packs of tarte flambée dough, approx. 30 cm diameter, refrigerated counter or homemade
  • 50 g bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • 50 g red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful of mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion(s), red, sliced ​​into rings
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Preheat oven to 250°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the sour cream, ajvar, and grated garlic. Season to taste, adding a little salt and pepper if desired. Spread the sour cream, ajvar, and garlic mixture over the tarte flambée bases. Top the bases with zucchini and mushroom slices and diced bell peppers, then add the onion rings. Finally, season sparingly with salt and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Bake in the hot oven for about 8 minutes (or longer, depending on the base chosen).
