Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g chocolate
- 60 g walnuts, ground
- 80 g oat flakes, fine
- 130 g butter, in pieces
- 170 g cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 130 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Combine the chocolate with the nuts and oats. Cream the butter with the sugar and egg until fluffy. Combine the egg and sugar mixture with the flour and the remaining ingredients. Use two teaspoons to scoop out cookies from the dough. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving space between each cookie, and flatten them. This amount is enough for two baking sheets. CAUTION: The cookies will spread quite a bit! Bake the baking sheets one after the other for about 10-15 minutes.
