Ingredients
 

  • 1500 g Pasta penne
  • 750 g Carrots
  • 4 Pc. Cabanossi
  • 750 g Cooked ham
  • 500 g Mushrooms brown
  • 15 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 l Cream
  • 0,4 l Milk
  • 0,2 l Sour cream
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  • 600 g Grated cheese
  • Fat

Instructions
 

  • First cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions. In the meantime, clean the carrots and cut them into slices, halve them if necessary and cut the Cabanossi in half. Finely dice the ham and thinly slice the mushrooms. Cook the carrots until al dente.
  • Grease one or more casserole dish (s). First add half of the pasta, then pour the pre-fried carrots over it. Now distribute the cabanossi slices and diced ham on the carrots, then the mushroom slices. Finally, pour the second half of the pasta over it.
  • Mix the eggs with the cream, sour cream and milk and season well with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in the chopped parsley and pour the mixture over the casserole until the pan is about half full.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, then sprinkle with the grated cheese and continue to bake until the cheese is nice and crispy.
