Fast food from South America, Peru and very popular on Lanzarote

For the avocado cream, puree the avocado with lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, pepper, and chili powder. For the pineapple salsa, caramelize the sugar in a pan. Add the grated ginger and finely chopped chili pepper and deglaze with the vinegar. Once boiling, add the pineapple and juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Also suitable for children with little or no chili. Trim the chicken breasts and add them to the boiling broth. Let them simmer for about 15 minutes. Then let them cool and shred the meat as you would for fricassee. Slice the sausages. Prepare the fries according to the package instructions. Five minutes before they are ready, heat the chicken breast in a pan or microwave and fry the sausage slices in a pan. Then mix the fries with the sausages. Serve the four sauces (aioli, avocado, burger sauce, and pineapple salsa) on plates. Layer the chicken breast and fries with the sausages and grated cheese on top. Garnish with ketchup.
