Confectionery: Chocolate Talers with Bite
The perfect confectionery: chocolate talers with bite recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 4 piece Egg yolk
- 150 g Sugar brown
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 75 g Butter
- 50 g Walnut kernels
- 50 g Unsalted peanuts
- 50 g Cashew nuts
- Coarsely chop all types of nuts.
- Crush the chocolate and let it melt in a water bath.
- Put the four egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and stir constantly over a very low heat until the sugar has dissolved and a thick, light yellow cream has formed. Now dissolve the flakes of butter in it.
- As soon as the melted chocolate and egg cream are at the same temperature, mix them well together.
- Finally add the nuts and fold in.
- Let the mass set a little. Then pile them on a sufficiently large piece of cling film and shape into a roll. Chill after a few hours, cut about 0.5 cm thick slices and hide in a cool place.
- ATTENTION: There is a risk of addiction, because even those who disregard chocolate do not leave these slices behind, even if they look like blood sausage. 😉
