Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g beef fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- 6 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 80°C (top and bottom heat) using an ovenproof dish. Brown the beef fillet in oil for a total of 8 minutes on all sides. Place the meat in the ovenproof dish and cook for 90 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper.
