The lollipops are a hit at every party!

Get 20 wooden spatulas from the pharmacy. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the butter, sugar, egg, flour, and baking powder into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough between two layers of cling film or nonstick baking paper to a thickness of about 5 mm. Remove the film, use a round cutter to cut out 6 cm diameter circles and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Insert a wooden spatula into the base of each circle to a depth of about 4 cm, pressing down lightly. Mix the egg yolk and milk and brush the cookies with it. Place in the hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with orange juice and a few drops of food coloring of your choice and pour into a freezer bag. Cut off a tip from the bag and pipe the glaze in a spiral shape onto the lollipops. Finally, sprinkle with sugar decoration.
