Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 sheets of puff pastry, frozen or fresh
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp milk
- 150 g cinnamon-sugar mixture
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry or let it thaw. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush it over the puff pastry. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Cut into thin strips of about 1 cm and halve them again, as they would otherwise be too long. Place them close together on the baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on the parchment paper and eat the same day, ideally.
