Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 300 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 pinches of salt
- 300 g flour
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 1 sachet of Bourbon vanilla flavoring
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- Sugar decoration (decorative pearls)
- 300 g powdered sugar
- Butter biscuit(s) (mini)
- Food coloring, blue
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 42 minutes
Melt the butter. Beat the eggs with milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in, then add the melted butter and vanilla extract and stir well again. Bake the cake pops in the cake pop maker for about 12 minutes and let cool. Combine the powdered sugar, food coloring, and water until creamy and color the desiccated coconut. First dip the cake pops in the icing, then roll them in desiccated coconut. Dip the decorative pearls in the icing and place them on the cake pops as eyes. Make a small slit with a knife and place the halved cookie “into the mouth.” Then place them in small chocolate molds and enjoy.
