Cheesecake on a stick

You’ll also need 8 wooden ice cream sticks. 1. Cut the cheesecake into 8 pieces and insert a stick into each piece. 2. Melt the chocolate coating over a water bath and dip the cheesecake sticks into it as desired, coating them with the chocolate. 3. Now quickly decorate with fruit and sweets (we used milk chocolate bars, white chocolate bars, nut brittle balls, and Toffifee), let them dry, and then refrigerate again. Editor’s note: The cheesecake sticks will keep for about 3 days in the refrigerator. We pre-baked a cheesecake without a base and let it rest overnight. We used the following recipe and halved the amount: https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/151551066648682/Schnell-Kaesekuchen-ohne-Boden.html
