- 2 Oranges untreated
- 3 Eggs size M
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Extra fine sugar
- 1 tbsp Orange Liqueur (Contreau)
- 275 g Desiccated coconut
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C
