always goes down well

Sweeten the cream with sugar to taste and whip until stiff. Prepare the paradise cream according to the package instructions, using the required amount of milk. Halve the butter cookies (you can also buy them in smaller packages; you’ll need two bags of these, but don’t halve the cookies). Layer the cream and paradise cream alternately in a bowl, placing a layer of butter cookies between each layer. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 5-6 hours (preferably overnight). Dust with cocoa before serving. For adults: The cookies can also be dipped in Amaretto or Cherry before layering.
