Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • jam
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

makes about 20 cookies

Combine flour, butter, sugar, and egg, knead, wrap in cling film, and refrigerate for about half an hour. Then remove from the refrigerator, roll out to about 1cm thick, cut out round shapes, and bake at 180°C (preheated) for 20 minutes. Spread each round with jam, top with a lid, and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
