Cookie dough

- If you are wondering about the sugar composition: I forgot to buy sugar and then I improvised. You can also use pure sugar, maybe it will take a few minutes longer. The dough
- Mix the softened butter with the soft baking margarine, beat with the sugars until frothy (add the sugar slowly).
- Carefully melt the couverture in the microwave (approx. 2 minutes at 500 watts, depending on the device, start a little more carefully)
- Slowly add the condensed milk in a thin stream, if there is a small residue in the can, add it generously.
- Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and melted couverture. The mass should be very creamy, buttery, sweet and soft, but still have a certain firmness.
- Color the dough as you like. Use a little more condensed milk for chocolate dough, add 4 tablespoons of cocoa and use dark couverture instead of white, preferably dark chocolate if you want to avoid the sugar shock.
- Wrap the dough in foil, let it set for 4 hours in the refrigerator and half an hour to 1 hour in the freezer.
to bake
- Let it thaw briefly (it must be malleable) Grease the muffin tray with oil or line a tray with baking paper. (On the baking sheet they melt more and become thinner, the more baking soda you take, the more they melt, in the muffin tin they get taller and juicier)
- Form balls the size of a teaspoon each, press lightly, if you like sprinkle with nuts or the like, then press them lightly.
- Use the preheated oven (180 ° top / bottom heat) in the middle position. Since the muffin boxes don’t fit side by side with me, I always put one on the floor and let it bake for a minute longer. Baking time: 7 minutes
- They are finished when the edge is a little firmer, you can still press in the middle, as if the dough was raw inside and it has a very thin, upper, firmer layer. Let cool for 5 minutes, then they will become firmer, carefully dig out with a spoon.
