- 1 apple
- 60 ml rapeseed oil
- 250 g spelt flour

Baby Led Weaning (BLW), for the first attempts at chewing or finger food
Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the apple and grate it, coarsely or finely, as desired. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Knead the apple-banana mixture with the oil and spelt flour until a sticky dough forms. Form it into sticks about the length and thickness of your index finger. Bake the sticks in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Perfect for little hands to nibble on.
