Ingredients
- 25 g Butter
- 50 g Milka Zartherb
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Quark
- 25 g Semolina
- 10 g Food starch
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Melt the butter and chocolate over a hot water bath and allow to cool.
- Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Add the quark and stir in. Mix in the semolina, cornstarch and baking powder. Finally stir in the chocolate butter.
- Fill the mass into two silicone rabbit molds. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool down with the oven door slightly open. The next day, carefully fall out of the mold.
