Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g margarine
- Jam as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine flour and powdered sugar. Add egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and softened margarine and knead. Form into small balls. Flatten slightly, make a small indentation in the center with your thumb, and add a dollop of jam. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
