Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Fillet of beef or roast beef
  • 400 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Ginger
  • 2 tsp Yellow curry paste
  • Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the beef into small strips and fry in sesame oil, take out the chopped onion, sauté the garlic and curry paste to the roast fat and fill up the beef stock and let it reduce, add the meat and coconut milk a little bit. Bring the ginger to the boil again season and serve.
  • I had basmati rice with it ......!
