Beef Sate with Peanut Coconut Sauce

  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 0,5 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 400 g Beef rump steak

  1. For the peanut-coconut sauce: Mix coconut milk, soy sauce and peanut butter in a saucepan and allow to warm up slightly. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
