Beef Sate with Peanut Coconut Sauce

- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 0,5 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 400 g Beef rump steak
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper
- For the peanut-coconut sauce: Mix coconut milk, soy sauce and peanut butter in a saucepan and allow to warm up slightly. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Cut the length of the hip steak into six 1-2 cm thick strips and place them on the skewers like an accordion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers for about 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
