Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Place the potato slices in a pot and fill with water so that the potato slices are well covered. Add salt to the water, stud the half onion with the cloves, and add the bay leaves to the potatoes. Bring everything to a boil and cook for about 20-30 minutes. Remove the bay leaves and studded onion from the water and reserve. Measure out about 1/2 liter of the boiling water and drain the potatoes. Melt the margarine in a pot, add the flour, and stir until it bubbles. Deglaze with the boiling water and bring to a boil, stirring vigorously. Simmer for about 4 minutes. Add the potatoes to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1 cup of sour cream. I add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to each plate, but not everyone likes it. I cut the sausage into small cubes and eat it with it!
