  • 6 egg yolks
  • 375 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 200 ml sour cream

  • 1 package of cream stiffener
  • 200 g coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp ground coffee

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

nice and green and damn tasty

Combine the cake ingredients, place on a greased and floured baking sheet, and bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, let the batter cool. For the topping, beat the egg whites, sugar, and cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Melt the coconut oil, let it cool, stir in, and spread it on the batter. Lightly coat everything with ground coffee. The cake will have a greenish coating. So don’t throw it away right away. I loved it as a child because you can’t taste the coffee at all!
