- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 toes Garlic
- 1 tsp Mustard hot
- 2 Discs White bread
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Kg Extra fine beans
- Savory
- 2 El Butter
- Oil
- 1 Egg
- Soak the white bread in milk. Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper, mustard and creme fraiche. Chop the onion and fry it in a little butter, then add the garlic, also finely chopped, sweat it briefly and then add it to the mince.
- Squeeze out the bread and also add to the mince, knead everything, season to taste and form into balls. Add some oil to the pan and slowly fry the meatballs.
- For the beans, bring some water to a boil in a saucepan, salt and then add the beans. Season with savory and let the beans cook until they are soft, I don’t like squeaky beans. Then put some butter through a sieve in a saucepan and briefly toss the beans.
