  • 1 Cup Beluga lentils
  • 2 Salmon fillet
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Spr Balsamic vinegar old
  • Clarified butter
  1. Boil the lentils in water, when they are half cooked add salt.
  2. Wash the salmon, clean, salt and pepper and fry in clarified butter until translucent.
  3. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces then fry in butter, add the lentils, season and season with balsamic vinegar.
