Cooking: Stuffed Pancake
The perfect cooking: stuffed pancake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* for the pancake
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
* for the filling
- 100 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Canned corn kernels
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper
- Or pepper
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- Oil
- Whisk milk and egg, stir in flour and salt with a whisk.
- Either in a small pan 2 or in a large pan, bake a pancake in a little oil on both sides.
- Now heat some oil in the pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add tomato paste and spices and sauté a little. Then add the corn kernels. After a few minutes stir in the sour cream.
- Place the pancakes on a plate, place the minced meat mixture on top and fold up.
