Cool-Hot-Shot: Cold pea and wild garlic soup

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 handfuls of wild garlic
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 pinches of chili pepper(s), crushed
  • some salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp peas (wasabi peas)
  • 10 sugar snap peas
  • 10 prawns, pickled, optionally

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 25 minutes

Clean and finely chop the wild garlic. Combine all ingredients in a large pot, bring to a boil, and blend briefly and vigorously with a hand blender. Or a little longer for a creamier consistency. Chill the finished soup. Serve cold with finely shredded wasabi peas and a sugar snap pea.
