Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Ras el Hanout
- herbal salt
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with Ras el Hanout
Dice the mushrooms, tomatoes, peeled onions, and garlic. Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables. Add the water and herb salt and simmer for 5 minutes. Then, combine the starch and water, and stir in the ras el hanout. Add the mixture to the simmering vegetables. Bring to a boil and simmer for about another 5 minutes. Season to taste.
