  • 175 g Cornmeal
  • 140 g Wheat flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,25 liter Milk
  • 0,5 tbsp Melted butter
  1. Mix the flour with salt and baking powder. Then stir in the egg and milk. Finally mix in the melted butter. Put the dough in a greased pan and bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and tear or cut into pieces.
