Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 can of corn
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ bunch parsley
- Butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients and fry in batches in hot butter. Serve with tomato sauce or herb dip, for example.
