Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 360 g flour
- 2 cans of corn, approx. 480 g
- 120 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 75 g chives, chopped
- 120 ml milk
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- e.g. chili powder
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Beat the eggs and mix all the ingredients together. Add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick. Fry in batches in plenty of oil on both sides using a tablespoon. Serve with a sauce of your choice or a green salad.
