Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 radish(s), white
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 6 walnuts
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ¼ lemon(s), juice and zest
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with garlic

Finely grate the radish and carrot. Crush the walnuts. Finely chop the garlic. Mix everything together, season with salt, and drizzle with lemon juice. Fold in the finely chopped lemon zest.
