Wholefood recipe, meat-free, easy to prepare
Mix the flour with the curry powder, then stir in the eggs and milk. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. The dough can also be prepared a few hours in advance and then refrigerate. While the dough rests, finely chop the onion and strain and drain the corn kernels. Then fold both into the dough and season with salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the dough until flat, golden-brown biscuits, taking 2-3 minutes per side. Mix the yogurt with the herbs, season with salt and pepper, and serve the sauce with the patties and a salad. These patties won’t stick to the pan.
