Corn noodle pasta with roast beef bolognese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g corn noodles
  • 150 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 100 g roast beef
  • 1 tbsp Arrabiata spice mix
  • some basil
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • Garlic
  • some Schabziger cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Meanwhile, add the passata to a pan with the spices and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the chopped roast beef. Let it simmer until the pasta is cooked. Then serve and sprinkle with grated Schabziger cheese.
