Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- ½ cup milk
- 100 g corn, also frozen
- 6 slice(s) ham or streaky bacon
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the eggs with the flour, then add the milk and stir until smooth. Add the corn to the batter, season, and mix well. Fry three slices of bacon in each of two pans. Pour in the pancake batter and cook on both sides. We like to serve it with a mixed salad for a quick, complete and delicious meal.
