- 60 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 90 g flour, baking strength
- 1 half vanilla pod(s)

Danish vanilla cookies, makes about 40 cookies
Melt the butter and stir in the powdered sugar and egg yolks. Add the flour and the scraped vanilla seeds to the dough and mix well. Using two teaspoons, place small pieces of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12 minutes at 150°C. Most people know these vanilla cookies from a large furniture store. They’re often served with coffee and cake—not just at Christmas.
