- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to approximately 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the cornflour and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir in the olive oil (or rapeseed oil if desired) and water with a spoon into the cornflour. Vary the amount of water slightly if necessary. You should end up with a mixture similar to mashed potatoes. With slightly moistened hands, form 6-7 small flatbreads and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, then remove from the oven. Top the flatbreads as desired and bake again.
