Stuffed mushrooms from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

a party hit

Stuff the cleaned mushroom caps with finely chopped parsley and finely chopped garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Lightly oil an ovenproof dish and arrange the mushrooms in it. Bake in an oven preheated to approximately 200°C (400°F) for about 20-30 minutes. The mushrooms are best eaten warm.
