Corn salad with chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1 chicken leg, smoked
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the corn, remove the chicken from the thighs, and chop into small pieces. Place everything in a bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
