Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g corn semolina
  • 10 g poppy seeds
  • 70 g soy milk (soy drink)
  • 130 g water
  • 1 tsp, heaped raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free

Bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly, until the cornmeal begins to erupt like a volcano. Cover and turn off the heat. Let it swell for about 10 minutes, then pour the mixture into pudding bowls and let it rest for another 15 minutes. If the pudding doesn’t come out of the mold, it helps to rinse the outside of the bowl with cold water. You can also sweeten with honey or sugar, but use it sparingly, as the raisins are already sweet.
