Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 320 g corn semolina (polenta), cooked
  • 16 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 16 slices of cheese (raclette)
  • sage

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Spread cooked polenta on a baking sheet about 1 cm thick and let cool. Cut into 16 slices. Top each slice with a slice of prosciutto, a slice of raclette cheese, and a sprinkle of sage. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) on the lowest rack for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve with a salad.
